Terms of Service

If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order however, your items will be available for pickup at the farm or at the next pickup day. 

We utilize volunteers to pack our CSA Shares. At times we make errors. Please check your order and let us know if we have missed any items. We will provide the missing item or a store credit for the value of the item. 

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce. If the quality of an individual item is not usable/satisfactory, we will provide a store credit for the value of the item.

Any missing items or products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may reported to our Packing Error/Quality report. All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available. If you forget to pickup your order, you may pick it up at the farm during the week or it will be available to you the following pickup date.
